Steps

When cash leavesSafe drop or bank bag — log a deposit / cash drop the same day if you can.

Card depositWhen the processor batch hits the bank, log Card deposit with the amount from the bank app.

Cash to bankPhysical cash you deposited — Bank deposit / cash path.

MixedOne deposit with cash + card? Use Mixed and note it.

Match the storySales (in) + drops (out) should explain why the drawer and bank look the way they do.
Do this now
Log tomorrow’s card batch once with the real bank amount.

Don’t only write deposits on paper and expect the app money view to match.
