MR.STORE is store software. Your books, invoices, employees, and night close belong to you. This page says what we collect, why, who sees it, and how to delete it.
MR.STORE is operated from luckymart.biz. We provide a phone-first operating system for independent convenience stores: books, stock, floor, employees, kitchen, and a free store website.

We collect this because you created an account, used a feature, visited luckymart.biz, or wrote to us.
In-app numbers are your store. We do not build advertising profiles from your ledger to sell to other companies.
We may compute anonymized product benchmarks (for example typical UPC ranges) when enough stores take part. Your store name, exact counts, full ledger, and staff list are never shown to other owners. You can opt out in the app: Manage Stores → Network insights → Opt out.
luckymart.biz uses cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember store choice, and install the Home Screen app (PWA).
You can block analytics cookies in your browser. The app will still sign in. Password reset and Google sign-in still need a working account cookie.
These companies process data only to run MR.STORE, on our instructions:
Optional connections you turn on yourself (Plaid, Square, and similar) only receive what that connection needs.
Account and store records stay while the account is open so Night Close and stock stay in sync. Delete a store in the app to remove that location from your workspace.
To delete the whole account, email support@luckymart.biz with subject Delete my account. We process that within 14 days, except data we must keep for law, billing disputes, or security logs (typically up to 24 months).
Live presence records drop off within minutes. Server logs rotate on a short cycle.

If you are in California, you can also ask whether we “sell” or “share” personal information as those words are used in the CCPA. We do not sell your ledger. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising of other companies’ products.

Owner sign-in supports 2FA. Data in transit uses HTTPS. Store files sit in account-scoped storage. See Data Security and security.txt to report a vulnerability. No method is perfect — tell us quickly if something looks wrong.
MR.STORE is for adult store operators and their staff. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
If we change this policy in a material way, we will update the date at the top and, when the change is significant, note it in the app or by email to the owner address.
