Privacy Policy

MRSTORE respects your business data. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account: email and authentication data when you sign up
• Store profile: store name, address, phone, timezone, optional tax ID (EIN), shop type
• Business records: sales, purchases, expenses, cash drops, lottery, products, vendor orders
• Uploads: invoice photos, shelf photos, bank CSV, register CSV (when you choose to import)
• Employees: email addresses you invite for staff access

How we use your data

To provide sync, reports, backups, billing, and features you enable. We analyze your ledger to power in-app insights — not to build ad profiles.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your sales data to advertisers or data brokers
• We do not share your ledger with other store owners

Network product insights (optional)

We may compute anonymized product benchmarks (for example top-selling UPCs, typical retail or cost ranges, and category velocity) across many stores so founders can improve the product and so owners can see peer-style ranges when enough stores participate.

• Your store name, exact inventory counts, full ledger, and employee list are never shown to other owners
• Peer insights only surface when enough stores contribute (k-anonymity); small samples stay hidden
• You can opt out any time in the app: Manage Stores → Network insights → Opt out
• Opted-out stores are excluded from network ETL and peer views

Service providers

We use specialized providers only to run the features you enable. They process data under their own security programs, for our instructions only:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage for your account-scoped records
• GoDaddy / hosting — static app hosting and domain SSL for luckymart.biz
• Microsoft 365 — transactional / support email delivery when configured
• Stripe — Pro subscription checkout and billing (when enabled)
• Plaid — optional bank connection for deposit matching (when you connect a bank)
• Square — optional POS / sales import (when you connect Square)

We do not sell data to advertising networks. Optional analytics may use privacy-respecting host tools only to keep the site working.

Retention & deletion

Active account data is kept while your account exists so you can sync books across devices. Delete a store from the app to remove that location’s records from your workspace. To delete your full account and request removal of backups, email luckymart323@gmail.com with subject “Delete my account” — we process removal requests as quickly as possible (typically within 14 days).
