What is included for free?
Free is one store: books and ledger, Night Close / Log Z, cash tracking, and reports. No card. Floor, stock, POS, kitchen, the store website, lottery, employees, and a second location are Pro.
How much does MR.STORE cost?
Free is $0. Pro is $59.99 per month for two stores. Extra locations are $9.99 per month. Cancel from Settings.
Is MR.STORE a complete POS?
Pro includes MR.STORE POS — the in-app register. You can also keep the register you have and log the Z into Night Close on Free. Card-in-hand terminals are a separate setup.
Can I connect my existing POS?
Yes. Log the Z from the register you already run. Square or card-batch import is available where we have turned it on for the store.
Is the store website included?
The customer website, menu, pickup, and kitchen desk are Pro. They publish that store only. Pickup is pay-at-counter unless you add card checkout later.
Can customers pay online?
Pickup orders collect the ticket at the counter today. Online card checkout is not the default.
Can employees see financial information?
No. Staff use their own Pro login for Floor and What's Out. Owner books stay with the owner unless you grant them.
How does Lottery work?
Lottery hub is Pro. Settlements and payouts stay off the Night Close Z so cash still matches.
Can I manage multiple locations?
Pro includes two stores on one owner login. Extra locations are $9.99 per month. Each store keeps its own books, catalog, and floor.
How is my data protected?
Account and store boundaries, employee-specific access, HTTPS, and owner 2FA. See Security.
What support is included?
Message the MR.STORE team. We typically reply within 1–2 business days. Pro owners get Rio 24hr on the floor.
