Three steps: (1) Count drawer — enter real cash in the Money panel. (2) Log cash drops when you deposit. (3) Verify bank — enter checking balance from your bank app. MRSTORE compares books vs reality and flags gaps. Upload a bank CSV (Chase, Wells Fargo, PNC) to auto-match deposits.
Common causes: lottery cash mixed in register, vendor paid from drawer but logged as bank, missing expense, or deposit logged on wrong date. Use History to fix payment method (Cash vs Card vs Check) — MRSTORE infers many vendor payments from names but you can override.
Card batches settle 1–3 business days later. MRSTORE shows card not in bank yet separately from cash so you do not double-count. Square POS sync can import daily card totals automatically on Pro.
Lottery mixes with register cash — that is why generic spreadsheets fail. MRSTORE Lottery hub tracks settlements, customer payouts, and Tuesday cash alongside daily sales. Import settlement CSVs when your state allows. Free when your store sells lottery.
