Kitchen tickets on the phone — not a separate iPad island

Order in, ticket up, make, ready, TV. Floor sees the same ticket. One store. One phone.

Kitchen tickets on the phone — not a separate iPad island

Step 01

The ticket is the order

A kitchen that lives on a leftover tablet, while Floor lives in a group text, will drop a plate. The ticket has to be the same object the customer just sent.

The ticket is the order

Step 02

Make, then ready

Staff tap make. When it is up, they tap ready. The TV on the wall follows. Nobody shouts across the deli for the last falafel.

Make, then ready

Step 03

Floor is in the same loop

When the site sends an order, Floor gets it. Kitchen desk is inside ops if the store has a kitchen — not a random /desk link that dumps you out of the store.

Floor is in the same loop

Step 04

Do this tonight

Turn kitchen on in settings if you serve food. Send one test order from the site. Watch it land on Floor. Start free if the kitchen is not on the phone yet.

Do this tonight

Do it on the phone tonight. Books, Floor, kitchen, free site — start free. No card.

What's OutStop letting the vendor write your order

The sales rep taps their app, not your books. Extra cases can be sloppy — or commission. What’s Out is your list. They fill it.

StoryThe paper store is over

Daily sheets, crossed-out closes, buried bills, a $500 you cannot find, wholesale with no list, two stores still lost. One phone. MRSTORE.
