The ticket is the order
A kitchen that lives on a leftover tablet, while Floor lives in a group text, will drop a plate. The ticket has to be the same object the customer just sent.
Step 02
Make, then ready
Staff tap make. When it is up, they tap ready. The TV on the wall follows. Nobody shouts across the deli for the last falafel.
Step 03
Floor is in the same loop
When the site sends an order, Floor gets it. Kitchen desk is inside ops if the store has a kitchen — not a random /desk link that dumps you out of the store.
Step 04
Do this tonight
Turn kitchen on in settings if you serve food. Send one test order from the site. Watch it land on Floor. Start free if the kitchen is not on the phone yet.
