The order is not their job

The vendor writes the book. You pay the invoice.

The sales rep walks your aisle with their app — not your books. They tap cases. The truck brings what they entered. A real mistake, or extra for commission. Either way it is your money. What’s Out is your list. They fill it.

01 · Their app, not yours

They are not using your books.

The rep is already in the store with the vendor phone. Pepsi. Core-Mark. Candy. Their catalog. Their minimums. Their promo of the week.

Your ledger never sees the order until the bill hits. By then the cases are on the floor.

MRSTORE · What’s Out is your book. They copy it. They do not invent it.

02 · Honest — or not

“I thought you needed another case.”

Some extras are sloppy. Some are jani-jani — a padded line for commission. You cannot prove which. You can prove what you asked for.

If the list lived in their app, the argument is already lost.

MRSTORE · left / need, by vendor, time-stamped. The order you sent is the order you receive against.

03 · Staff already have phones

They are on the phone anyway. Put them to work.

Idle minutes become Reels in the stockroom. The cooler still has holes. The rep is the only person walking the door with a list — theirs.

The same phone can mark What’s Out in ten seconds. That is the job between customers.

MRSTORE · Floor → Out. Item, left, need. The closer and the opener see the same card.

04 · You build the order

Gaps become the vendor list. Not a memory.

Without a list you say “the usual” and the usual grows. New SKUs sneak in. Dead ones never leave.

Catalog + What’s Out is the order: name, vendor, need. Hand the phone to the rep. They type that.

MRSTORE · order by vendor. One tap. The list is ready before the driver parks.

05 · The truck

Receive what you asked for. Not what they hoped.

Invoice says 12. You remember 8. The extra four are already in the back. Commission is paid. Your cash is not.

Scan the bill. Match the list. The padded line has nowhere to hide.

MRSTORE · scan the invoice. Bill vault + receive. Dispute on the dock, not next month.

06 · Your money

See which vendor is actually paying you.

A padded book looks like a good week until margin says otherwise. You cannot manage a vendor you cannot measure.

Same store. Same catalog. Real margin — not the story the rep told at the counter.

MRSTORE · vendor margin on the phone. Keep the rep. Fire the padded order.

One list

They fill your order. They do not write it.

Staff mark What’s Out. You send the vendor list. The truck matches the scan. The extra case for commission has to survive the dock. That is MRSTORE.
