From Vendor connect they email your rep with store name, what they need, and a link to this page.
2You reply once
Order email, phone, account #, delivery days. They save it on your vendor profile in the app.
3POs arrive clean
Product, qty, unit, strict flag, PO #. Copy/paste or email — always branded MRSTORE so your team knows the channel.
4Receiving matches
Owners scan invoices back into shelf counts. Good invoices = fewer credit memos and fewer angry door checks.

One-tap confirm (live)
When a store emails or texts a PO from MRSTORE, the message includes a Confirm link. You open it on your phone — no app install — review the exact lines, then tap Confirm this order. The store sees “Vendor OK” on their order trail.
