Software talks USB HID scanner, ESC/POS printer, 24V drawer kick, and a Stripe / Square certified reader. Any Sunmi / iMin / Elo unit can wear the MR.STORE UI tomorrow.

Phase 1 · badge OEM

Buy certified chassis (reader is PCI). We skin bezel, etch MR, ship a kit SKU. ~$1.8–2.6k per full counter. First 50 stores. No custom mold.

Phase 2 · tooled MR.STORE

Our CNC / magnesium R15 + C7 customer face. Tooling ~$80–150k. Only after 200+ paying registers. Do not tool before Stripe Terminal is live.

Custom magnesium is ego until 200 registers. Phase 1 badge + our OS is how Toast and Clover started.

Must buy certified tap

TAP1 is the only SKU that is not “our design.” PCI will not let a startup mint a PIN pad. Stripe Terminal is the door.

Fuel is a partner

Gilbarco/Wayne protocol is licensed. We design the FUEL8 face; a certified controller vendor sits under it.
