Himal Bean started in 2019 as a two-table coffee corner. Today we bake for the whole neighbourhood — but everything is still made in-house, in small batches, every single morning.
Our beans come straight from family farms in Sindhupalchok, roasted in Kathmandu in weekly batches so your cup is never more than ten days off roast.
